- No. Candidates open a unique link and record right in the browser — no sign-up, no password, no app to install.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Pro is month-to-month and you can cancel from your billing settings whenever you like. You keep access until the end of the period.
- What happens to my videos if I downgrade?
- Your videos follow the storage window of your current plan. On Free, recordings are kept for 7 days; on Pro, for a year.
- How is Enterprise different?
- Enterprise adds team seats, SSO, custom retention and branding, a dedicated manager, and a contract with an SLA. Pricing is tailored to your volume.
